Weight Watchers First 2 weeks
Well, here we go. I am on my way (I hope) to losing weight and getting healthy. I stepped onto the scale two weeks ago and almost fell down. I could not believe how fat I have allowed myself to get. 282.6 lbs. What!!??!! I was stupefied. SoI decided that I had to do something so here I am. I bought WW new improved point system and I am taking it one day at a time.
I have been doing the program for one week and lost 6.6 so Yeah me! One thing about this new program is that I feel like I get plenty of healthy food. The re is no reason I should ever be hungry. And that’s a good thing because before there were days I felt like I could not get enough food.
